COMPLIMENTARY TRIAL - A trial visit is an excellent opportunity for potential members and their caregivers to experience Alice’s Clubhouse’s programs, including joining us for our nutritious, catered lunch. Experience firsthand the caring relationship between our highly trained staff and our members. Please contact our Executive Director for further information.

ENROLL - A confidential, intake and evaluation completes the enrollment process. Our Executive Director, a nurse, and other staff will collaborate with your physician to provide an individualized plan of care. We are here to help you through every step.
