We offer flexible membership options designed to work for different family situations. Whether your loved one attends two days a week or five, we will help you find a structure that makes sense.

Monthly Membership

Families can choose flexible attendance options based on their loved one’s needs and schedule. Memberships are available for two, three, four, or five days per week with full-day support in a safe, engaging, and professionally supervised environment.

Clinical oversight from experienced nursing staff

Pricing varies based on the number of days selected and is paid on a monthly basis. Customized membership recommendations are provided during your consultation.

What Is Included

Every membership includes participation in our complete daily program designed to support physical wellness, cognitive engagement, emotional wellbeing, and meaningful social connection.

Cognitive enrichment activities
Music, art, and creative programming
Social engagement and group interaction
Nutritious meals and snacks
Clinical oversight and wellness monitoring

Additional onsite services may include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, podiatry, pet therapy, and salon services. Add-on services are priced separately and paid directly to the service provider. We help manage all of these relationships.

Insurance & Financial Assistance

Alice’s Clubhouse works with families to explore available financial resources and long-term care options. Certain services may qualify for reimbursement depending on your insurance provider and coverage plan.

Alice’s Clubhouse is primarily a private pay service. Insurance coverage and eligibility vary by provider and policy. If applicable, we will help you navigate insurance coverage provided by long-term care providers.
