Caroline Hayden
Registered Nurse
A Lowcountry native and Academic Magnet High School graduate, Caroline earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Clemson University before completing her nursing degree at Trident Technical College. She began her nursing career at Roper Hospital in an advanced float role across multiple floors and specialties and later served as an operating room nurse before moving into private care.
Caroline has long been dedicated to service-volunteering and working with children with special needs and autism, and brings that same compassion to older adults. After caring for her 96-year-old grandmother with dementia, she found a calling to support families navigating memory loss. At Alice’s Clubhouse, she combines clinical experience with a warm, person-centered approach to enhance the lives of members and their loved ones.
