As Recreation Director, Sharon brings professional expertise, local roots, and deep personal passion to Alice’s Clubhouse.

Growing up in Mount Pleasant, she has a profound love for this community and the families who call it home. A proud mother of four, Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the College of Charleston, and her background in teaching equips her to design engaging, thoughtful programs tailored to our members’ needs. Having also cared for her mother with Alzheimer’s, she understands firsthand the importance of connection, patience, and joy in memory care.

Sharon genuinely loves watching our members tap into their creative sides, and nothing brings her more joy than seeing them smile, have fun, and brighten their day. For her, creating meaningful experiences isn’t just a job—it’s a heartfelt mission to ensure her neighbors and their loved ones feel seen, valued, and inspired.
